New Background!

Due to recent complaints about the black background of my blog and my concern for the safety of individuals eyes I have decided to changed the background. I hope this is better for you? I also had a complaint about not enough details of what has been going on. So I will try and be better about details. It has been an interesting few weeks so far down here. Our apartments are really nice. There are swimming pools and waterfalls and palm trees everywhere. We have a sand volleyball pit that we use all the time and barbeques set up with pavillions all around. So as you can see we are having some fun down here. The work is a different story, I am trying to learn how to sell this new product and it is taking me longer to learn it than I thought it would. I have sold a couple but it is definately different than selling dish. It is getting better though. Heidi is enjoying her job as well. It has been great for her because she can watch bridger and do her job at the same time. She does the paperwork in the mornings and then she just keeps her phone with her and does the scheduling of the jobs when they come in. I have to go out and sell now so I will keep this short. Sorry for no pictures right now I can't put them on this computer but I will get some up shortly. Bridger is doing great and growing like a weed. We miss you all.

Pheonix Arizona!

Sorry it has been almost a month since I have updated the Blog. A lot has happened over the last month that I should have been writing down but I will do my best to catch everyone up on our lives. I think the most important news that I have is that I finally graduated from college from Utah State University. I was really worried about a grade in one class that I took, but I ended up getting what I needed to pass and that is good enough for me. So, this is Heidi now taking over for Eric, he got the baby duty. But the deal was for me to finish this if he did that. So, i know eric is more fun but just deal with it and read the update. Anyway, school is over for eric now (which is sad, we played pretty good during the school year and worked hard during the summer. Now it is just going to be work, work, work!) I still have about three semester left, so i will be hitting it hard in the fall. For the summer we are doing summer sells (AGAIN) out in Tempe, Arizona. We came out the first of the week and are starting to get into the groove of things. Eric is doing really well at learning this new product (but if you know of anyone that needs a security system let us know). I am doing the office work again for the office. However, it does have a new spin on things when we are expecting 40 sells reps and 10 techs, they should keep me pretty busy. Bridger, however, did not like Tempe for the first couple days. He had a really hard time adjusting, he wouldn't sleep unless we were holding him and he was so tired all the time that when we went to feed him he would fall asleep. But, now he is doing better, loving the long walks, and the wonderful sun that we actually see, unlike in logan. So that is the long update on us, hopefully you made it through all of it.

2 week checkup!

We made it past two weeks as parents and we are all doing surprisingly well. Bridger has now past his birth weight and is at 8 lb 10 oz. He is also 21 inches long which the doctor said was in the 95 percentile which is a very big surprise seeing that his parents are 5'6" and 5'7"(I am an inch taller no matter what Heidi says) We are adjusting well to being parents and he is doing great sleeping. We feed him at around 12:30 he wakes up at about 5:00 and then he sleeps till almost 10:00. This development makes us very happy and a lot more rested. Here are a few more pictures of our cute little boy we love.

Bridger Eric Miller is Finally in the world

We had Bridger on March 20th at 11:13 A.M. after 15 hours of being in the hospital(it was a long night) but we made it through it and we have a beautiful little boy. I guess I can't say little boy though because he was 8 lb 7oz. We had a rough couple of days at first when we brought him home because he had Jaundice and we had to keep him on this ultra violet bed and the only time we could pick him up was to feed him and change him. He didn't like that very much and neither did we. But we went to the doctor's today and he told us we could take him off the bed and he hasn't been put down all day today. Now we finally get to enjoy the cute little cuddly guy. I wanted to get some pictures posted earlier but it has been a busy few days and I haven't had too much time to sit at the computer so now here they are.

No Baby yet!

There have been a few people asking if we have had our baby yet and although Heidi wishes that she did, nothing yet. She is due on the 21st and the doctor thinks that she might even have the baby after that. We have the bags packed and are just waiting for the little guy to decide he wants to come see us. We took a tour of the hospital on saturday just so we know where we need to go and what we need to do when the baby actually comes and while we were there we saw our neighbor who was due one day after Heidi and she had already had her little boy so Heidi was pretty jealous. We will let everyone know when he is born and post some pictures for everyone.

Twister!

Do you guys remember the game twister? What a classic game! So Heidi and I were babysitting our neices this weekend and we had a few friends over to play some games. I told kyla she could pick one game and play with us and then she needed to go to bed so she decided she wanted to play twister and have all of us play as well. I forgot how truly funny and tiring that game can be. We played for over an hour and had a really good time. I think we let kyla stay up to late to play this game though because after this we laid her down and she said her neck hurt which meant her throat hurt and she had a fever of 101.7 Heidi and I having no idea what to do called our sister and her mom to figure out what to do. We were able to get the fever down but it was a long night. We are sure in for a treat in a few weeks. Hopefully we will learn how to do this parenting thing. We also took the kids Ice skating while they were up here and they loved it. They have these little walker things for the kids to give them balance and they are a life saver because I was the only one that skated with both the kids I don't know if I could have skated with both of them hanging on me. We had a good time though.
